He wears 70's style cut-off shorts. That's as boss as it gets.

I had never heard of him until I was reading an interview of him in a magazine at a grocery store. He's been barefoot, as much as he can be, for 20 years; teaches survival skills for a living; and is in a TV show on Discovery that I've never heard of called 'Dual Survival'.

And he lifts weights.

"I’ve been training with free weights for many years. All survival training revolves around keeping the human body alive. The better the body is kept in shape, the better it will perform under survival stresses."

A quote from the magazine interview I read:

"A colony of rabbits now live on my roof, and if they become too aggressive with the prickly pear cactus, I eat them! That's the agreement that we have."

Here's some FAQ, if'n you're interested:
None may on this site right now--I am not sure.
Mainly it's because I do not have a cellphone (My choice. I have never had one.) and I do not have a camera, plus I get grossed out if I do too much digital stuff.

I may/may not post some pics at some point.
http://jackkruse.com/cold-thermogene...x-to-practice/

Excerpt:

"HS CRP (Barry: CRP= c-Reactive Protein)
Test Results
8/2008 – Pre Paleo Diet (look at my before picture) – 1.0
2/2011 – Start of Paleo Diet (‘pre-diabetic discussion) – 2.3
8/2011 – Bodyfat down to 16.9% – After Photo above taken – 5.3
3/2012 – Prior to PaleoFX event – 5.4.............

...........The results – per the HS-CRP test are ‘dramatic’ to say the least. After a 9 month highly elevated trend, the HS-CRP is down by more than 90% and a level lower than the first time it was ever tested!
3/2012 – PaleoFX event – 5.4

What's up guys! I finally realized that being fat is not cool.. I want to get in shape and live life to the fullest! I wanna do some legit hikes too. I weigh 300 pounds and im 6 foot. So I don't like ridiculously fat. But I know I am. I'm 18 years old and my ultimate goal is to be a police officer and I know for that, I need to get in real good shape. Now, I might be moving to the midwest in about a month and a half(which is where im from) and I really want to lose 50 pounds by then.. It's gonna be hard but I know I can do it.. Willpower or discipline, either way. I've never done anything on forums so bear with me.. So, here's to living life the healthy way! Wish me luck! :)
